Before  

After stripping the paper from the walls in this room, it became evident that the plaster was not suitable for lining prior to repainting.  As a result the radiators and skirting were removed and the plaster was removed from all affected areas.  The wall was then repaired and readied to accept the new paint system.

       
       
After  

The same room following repair, replacement of skirting and radiators and application of new paint system.

       
     

 

Before

  This room had suffered from damp requiring the complete renewal of the floor joists and floorboards.  Having previously been used as a sitting room, we arranged for a plumber and electrician to assist in the transformation works.

       
     

 

After

  The newly fitted kitchen completed and ready to prepare dinner.  The integrated fridge and freezer units are housed beneath the breakfast bar.

       
       

Before

  The woodchip paper was stripped from this staircase and the defective plaster repaired.  The uneven rounded beading to the window was replaced with new symmetrically fixed architrave to match existing.

       
       

After

  The walls were lined with plain lining paper and the original hardwood handrail was cleaned and re-waxed.
