After stripping the paper from the
walls in this room, it became evident that the plaster was not
suitable for lining prior to repainting. As a result the
radiators and skirting were removed and the plaster was removed from
all affected areas. The wall was then repaired and readied to
accept the new paint system. |

This room had suffered from damp requiring the
complete renewal of the floor joists and floorboards. Having
previously been used as a sitting room, we arranged for a plumber
and electrician to assist in the transformation works. |

prepare dinner. The integrated fridge and freezer units are
housed beneath the breakfast bar. |

The uneven rounded beading to the window was replaced with new
symmetrically fixed architrave to match existing. |
